      Hi Tom sorry for the late reply but I had some issues with wordpress today, anyway, here is the link where I got the original picture: http://www.flickr.com/photos/kk/2986592361/sizes/l/in/photostream/
      As you can see it has “Some Rights Reserved” so just crediting the owner of the photo allows usage and should not infringe on copyright laws.
